Q Why does a dragon nose occur?

The cartilage of the nasal wing is slightly raised, and the front has no cartilage and only skin. Since there is no structural support, the nostril edges without cartilage need to be reinforced.

Q I am curious about the difference between composite grafting and V-Y flap.
